You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving the product.

Return Conditions:

– Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

– Products may not be used, except to inspect the item.

– Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error by STUDIO PLAISIER (such as a defect or incorrect delivery).

Refunds:

Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed. This may take a few days. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.  

Products in stock will be shipped within one week. If a product is not in stock, the delivery time is approximately 3–4 weeks. All items are shipped with insurance and tracking. For shipments within the EU and beyond, shipping costs are calculated based on weight and dimensions. These will be displayed in your order summary before checkout.
