Products in stock will be shipped within 1 week. For products not in stock, the delivery time is approximately 3-4 weeks.

All products are insured and sent with tracked shipping. For shipping within the EU and beyond, costs are calculated based on weight and dimensions, and these will be displayed at checkout.

RReturn term:

• Our items have a return period of 14 days after receipt of the product.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Products must not have been used except for inspecting the product.
• Custom-made or personalized items are excluded from returns unless there is a production error.

Return Shipping Costs:

• The costs for return shipping are borne by the customer, unless it concerns an error on the part of STUDIO PLAISIER (for example a defective or incorrectly delivered product).

Refund:

• Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed. This may take several days.

•  De kosten voor de retourzending zijn voor rekening van de klant, tenzij het een fout van STUDIO PLAISIER betreft (bijvoorbeeld een defect of verkeerd geleverd product).
   

Terugbetaling:

•  Zodra de retourzending is ontvangen en gecontroleerd, wordt de terugbetaling verwerkt. Dit kan enkele dagen duren.
   
•  Terugbetalingen worden gedaan via de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode.
